Guaranteed
Replacement Cost For Your Home
AIG Private Client Group provides exceptional risk coverage for
your home, including a guaranteed replacement cost. In the event
of a loss, we will rebuild your home, even if it costs more to rebuild
than the policy limit. AIG Private Client Group is one of the few
carriers that provides this coverage.
Replacement
Cost for Contents
We'll pay the cost to replace your belongings in today's market
without a reduction for depreciation.
Full
Cash Settlement
All of our policyholders will have the option to have their claims
settled in cash, without any obligation to replace lost items or
to repair damaged property.
Automatic
Coverage
Our standard policy has an automatic coverage limit of 50% or 70%
(depending on the state) of the dwelling amount for the contents
of your residence and 20% of the dwelling amount for other structures
on your property. However, we provide maximum flexibility that allows
you to select the coverage amount you need--as long as your contents
limit reflects the value of your contents.
