Coverage provided on an Excess Liability basis:
- Following Form Excess Commercial Automobile Liability
- Lead Umbrella Liability
- Special Excess Liability over a retained limit.
(Coverage may be limited to liability of the rental company with Contingent Excess Liability available for rentee exposures. The retained limit could consist of a combination of actual primary insurance and a self-insured retention.)
